We are seeking an enthusiastic, well-presented individual to join the Surrey Heath Museum & Heritage Services team. The role will be based at the Museum and Heritage Gallery, 33 Obelisk Street, The Square, Camberley. Duties will include front of house presentation, cash handling and shop sales, some museum collection work, helping with events and exhibitions and responsibility for volunteers.  The successful applicant will help source shop stock items and be responsible for the daily upkeep of the museum displays and interactives.   Candidates will ideally have demonstrable experience within the museum and retail (i.e. cash handling) sectors, good organisational skills and the ability to work as a member of a small team. You will be able to demonstrate good written and spoken English skills as well as good numeracy.

 The proposed working pattern for this role is either as follows: 

                            Weds to Fri  – 09:30 – 17:30 (finish at 17:00 on Friday)

                            Thurs to Sat – 09:30 – 17:30 (finish at 17:00 on Saturday)
